Individual Therapy

I strongly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. Research shows that meeting with a therapist regularly provides both preventative measures and positive change for your present and future mental health. Individual therapy sessions are 45 minutes and tailored to meet your needs. Working collaboratively we will explore different topics such as relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, cultural identity, personal growth, family of origin, grief and loss, boundaries, life transitions, gender and sexual identity, and perfectionism. This will be explored through conversation, as well as experiential methods such as guided meditation or breathing exercises.

Couples Therapy

As a couples therapist I am here for your relationship. Couples therapy sessions are 50 minutes and as a team we focus on the needs of the couple as a whole. In these sessions we will work together so that you and your partner can gain a deeper understanding of each other and build intimacy and connection. Part of this work involves exploring unhelpful communication patterns and how to shift them, looking at unmet needs/wants in the relationship and ways to express them, and developing new ways of relating so that together you may manage life’s toughest moments.

My Approach

As an empathic, culturally-sensitive guide, I believe in your strengths and working collaboratively we will begin a journey of growth, exploration, and healing. My approach is one that considers the impact of individual and cultural diversity on one's view of life. Hand in hand we will learn about the areas in your life where you may feel stuck, drained, anxious, or depressed. We will explore how current behaviors are preventing you from having successful relationships or a more fulfilled life.


As a therapist I aim to empower, give language, and hold space for you to gain a deeper understanding about what you are experiencing. I will create a safe, judgment-free, anti-oppressive, anti-racist, sex-positive, and trauma-informed space to support you. In addition, I believe in holistic care, one that includes the integration of the mind and body. Through somatic experiencing we will tune into your body’s wisdom to gain deeper healing.
